The 3rd Symposium on Internationa Tourism Convention (MICE Seminar) was held on Sptember 1, 2014 in Kitakyushyu, Japan. About 30 staffs of tourist divisions of local govemments and Convention & Visitors Bureau attended. The meeting were co-located with IIAI AAI2014.

3th IIAI International Congress on Advanced Applied Informatics (AAI 2014) and its related conferences were held in Kitakyushyu, Japan on August 31 – September 4, 2014.
AAI 2014 included following conferences:
6th International Conference on E-Service and Knowledge Management (ESKM 2014);
3rd International Conference on Learning Technologies and Learning Environments (LTLE 2014);
3rd International Conference on Data Science and Institutional Research (DSIR 2014)
2nd International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence (ICSCAI 2014);
IIAI’s conferences AAI and AIT completed on August 31-September 4 and on November 28 – 30, respectively. The number of paper submissions of these conferences totally was over 300 and these are reviewed rigorously by three/four reviewers by the conference’s technical committees. Only about 100 papers are accepted and published by IEEE’s CPS and IIAI’s proceedings series. Also, some outstanding papers are selected to be published by Springer’s SCI book series. IIAI co-sponsored some conferences includes ACIS’s ACIT 2013 and ICIS 2013 conference and JPCATS’s annual conferences. IIAI supported technically to create the conference webpage and supported financially to provide some social functions.
As one of the most important mission, we have supported scholars activities for their researches and travel. In total, we provided and supported research grants and travel expense support for over 10 scholars and students.
Thank you for your kind collaborations and support for our IIAI’s activities to help scholars and researchers to promote their researches. Also, we thank you for all committees, reviewers of conference papers, authors, and participants of our sponsored/supported conferences AAI 2013, AIT 2013, ACIT 2013, ICIS 2013.
Next year, 2014, IIAI has a plan to sponsor our annual conference and some additional events. IIAI will also support some collaborative organizations’ conferences and symposium. For outstanding scholars and universities, we have a plan to provide research grant and to support travel expense as same as this year.

IIAI International Conference on Advanced Information Technologies (AIT 2013) will be hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 28-30, 2013.
AIT 2013 includes five sub conferences; International Conference on Advanced Software Engineering and Information Systems (ICASEIS); International Conference on Computer Science and its Applications (ICCSA); International Conference on ICT4D (ICICT4D); International Conference on Advanced Tourism Informatics (ICATI); and International Forum on Asian Tourism Resources and Developments (IFATRD).

2nd IIAI International Conference on E-Services and Information Systems (IEIS) will be held on June 16-20, 2013 in Japan. Candidates of conference places are now bidding to host the conference. The conference has a plan to conjuncted with 2nd International Symposium on Industrial Information Management and Services (IIMS) and 7th International Symposium on Web Engineering and E-Activity (IWEA). The proceedings have a plan to indexed in EI and several other major citation indexes. We will announce the detail of information shortly.
