- April 1, 2009: Starting Preparation of International Conference Series of Applied Informatics
- January 11, 2012: Founding International Institute of Applied Informatics (IIAI)
- September 20, 2012: First IIAI AAI Congress was held at Kyushu University, Japan
- November 28, 2013: IIAI AIT Conference was held at Jakarta, Indonesia
- March 1, 2015: IEE: Information Engineering Express – International Journal, the first international journal of IIAI, was published.
- April 1, 2015: ICT Human Resource Development Program in Southeast Asia (ICTHRD) has been started. In this program, IIAI provides human resource development workshop to universities locating southeast Asian countries without any charge from local universities and participants.
- March 31, 2017: Second and third journals (IJIRM and IJSCAI) were started publishing.
- May 17, 2017: First IIAI COMCOM Conference, which is free registration fee for attendees, was held at Bina Nusantara University, Indonesia.
- June 30, 2017: Fourth journal (IJSKM) were started publishing.
- March 31, 2018: Fifth journal (IJLTLE) were started publishing.
- October 30, 2018: ICTHRD workshops were held at totally 30 universities.
- January 21, 2019: Fukuoka Logistics Center has been opened.
- April 24, 2019: IIAI AIMD will be held at Bakersfield, United States of America
