The 1st International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture

Call for papers

In current information driven societies, more so-called traditional services are running in information-based platforms. In those cases information certainly improves the efficiency and the details of the provided services making them more accessible to a much wider range of users. With the advances of sensor networks, computer-aided manufacturing, knowledge management systems, etc.; Information and communication Technologies (ICT) became a key player in these new era of Agriculture.

With much more available information regarding production, distribution and commercialization of produce, the application of ICT methodologies to integrate these Agriculture areas not only enhances theses process as a unit, but serves as a basement for further developments in different multidisciplinary areas.

The main target of this 1st Edition of the International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture is to bring together scientists, engineers, computer professionals, and ICT related students to exchange and share their experiences, research results, novel ideas, in the Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture’s aspect (theory, application and tools).

Accepted papers will be published by CPS and will be submitted to Inspec, Ei Compendex and several major citation indexes. All prospective papers must be submitted online through the Conference website.
